Job Description :

Actively monitor and address issues reported by the US/Global team during their working hours.
Coordinate with the engineering team in India to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide regular updates and reports to Lead regarding ongoing tasks and completed work.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Assist in documenting processes, debugging, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Eligibility :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with software development processes and debugging techniques.
Experience with Jira, and version control systems such as Git would be advantageous.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
