Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 01 years of experience into B2B/B2C, Institution sales
  • Startup experience preferred, EdTech work experience is a bonus
  • Field sales experience, hands on experience in conducting workshops or any other activities in school
  • Local connects with school management, principal and director-owner
  • Lead generation and direct admission experience to offline centres

Job Description

  • Daily meetings with schools and retail partners and pitching them ongoing PW products and services
  • Driving admissions to our local VP centers by liaising with reference partners
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs set by the Manager.
  • Monitoring self-performance at all times, keeping track of factors like conversion factor etc.
  • Maintain robust relationship with all the channel partners
