Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in power systems is preferable
Minimum 5 years of experience in power system analysis and studies
Proficient in simulation and modeling software such as ETAP, Power Factory or PSCAD
Detailed knowledge of protection and coordination schemes for electrical equipment
Excellent knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to power systems
Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented and customer focused mindset

Leading and conducting power system studies to analyze system performance, identifying issues and recommending solutions
Developing power system models using software such as ETAP, Power Factory and PSCAD
Performing power system studies like load flow, short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc flash analyses for large and complex systems
Developing protection and coordination schemes for electrical equipment in high, medium and low voltage networks
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to empower them to perform power system studies independently
Coordinating activities with other team members of the global power studies and consulting team
Preparing accurate, well-organized technical reports and presentations summarizing study findings and recommendations
