Job Description :

Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open-market channels
Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
Market and encash catchment areas
Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property/HF
Be responsible for Builder relations and Builder ties to focus on Primary Markets
Be responsible for Project approvals of Builders
Ensure additional revenue generation through cross–sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.
Train & develop of the DST Team and DSAs
Liaise with Internal teams for a business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
Be responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers
Ensure class service for customers for better NPS Scores
