Job Description


  •   Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open-market channels 
  •   Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches 
  •   Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity 
  •   Market and encash catchment areas 
  •   Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property/HF 
  •   Be responsible for Builder relations and Builder ties to focus on Primary Markets 
  •   Be responsible for Project approvals of Builders 
  •   Ensure additional revenue generation through cross–sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. 
  •   Train & develop of the DST Team and DSAs
  •   Liaise with Internal teams for a business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations 
  •   Be responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers 
  •   Ensure class service for customers for better NPS Scores
