Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant post qualification experience in design (Domestic and International) with reputed Engineering companies with at least one job as Lead Discipline Engineer. Preferably should have also worked in Refining and Petrochemical industry in design/maintenance.

Job Description

  • Hands on experience with Design of rotary machines/packages used in Hydrocarbon / Petrochemical Industry
  • Ability to specify all rotary machines and Machinery Packages
  • Knowledge of preparation & review of mechanical data sheets, requisition for inquiry, vendor offer evaluation, technical queries & technical bid analysis
  • Review of machine monitoring system
  • Review of vendor documentation
  • Knowledge of Spare parts management
  • Knowledge of safety systems in Hydrocarbon plants..
  • Knowledge of API, ISO, ANSI, IEC, ATEX, NFPA and other relevant international codes and standards.
  • Some familiarity with retrofit designs, adequacy checks & rerating of equipment
  • Awareness of maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of quality system
  • Good communication skills
