5 years of experience handling customer issues and quality topics
Experience of performing and leading quality analyses, e.g., FMEA, and Fishbone diagram
Knowledge of 8D process
Experience of working with suppliers to the automotive industry is preferred
Experience of providing training to, and coaching of, individuals and groups
Experience of system, hardware, software development and verification activities in the automotive industry
Data analysis competence and Analytical skills
Knowledge of agile way of working
Knowledge of vehicle technology
Fluent in spoken and written English

Coach engineering in performing quality-related activities in development projects, e.g screening, quality assurance plan, FMEA,
Provide training in quality methods
Secure that thorough lessons learned is made in the PIL process
Highlight to the project the significant issues from “quality history” on current products.
Summarize high risks identified from Quality tools, with the final product and final customer perspective, and present the risks to the project and line management.
Drive RCA process for issues.
Escalate quality concerns and issues using established escalation procedures
Represent their organization in Volvo quality networks
Update and improve the quality Way-of-Working e.g., by creating/improving/adopting templates, training material and quality assurance processes, etc.
Monitor & track PIL issues for the department and publish dashboards
Provide warranty related analysis
