Academic background in Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in a Mechanical.
Previous experience in or with Manufacturing Engineering with 8 to 10 years and Conveyor assembly working experience. Working experience in the Electronics Products Assembly like soldering , gluing , torquing , Harness assembly etc

Collect the new project data from Engineering, involve during time plan and lead implementation of project at plant
Review new part drawing, Bill of Materials and processes for utilization of machines
Analyse new process and products failure modes and plan the actions
Analyse the product and determine the assembly line
Lead the first sample run – Creation of WI and other required documents , run the first sample , update the V&V check sheet and collect the approval from all departments
Debottleneck station for maximum hourly output for new and existing products
Monitor and fix the cycle time for each process
Uploading the BOM in ERP and monitor for zero variance in BOM
Establish new processes for the assembly of product to ensure the highest quality at the optimum production rate and the most economical cost
Continually evaluate safety, ergonomics, productivity and quality and improve process
Collect and review component drawings from Engineering and share to Vendors.
Initiate and implement tool, fixtures, gauges to improve product quality at assembly line
Lead the new machine set-ups, documents and training
Evaluate current equipment performance
