Eligibility Criteria

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in design & development of Mechanical System & Components preferably in aerospace domain.
  • Qualification: B.E in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description

  • Independent working knowledge in Solid mechanics, loading conditions & failure mechanism.
  • Demonstrated ability in design of Primary structures, mechanisms, tools, jigs & fixtures
  • Working knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset composite design, laminate theory, materials characterization, joining methods, manufacturing methods, tooling and joining methods for Components preferably in thermoplastic composites using stamp form techniques.
  • Expert proficiency in Wire Harness design – calculating length of harness, installation drawings using 3D routing tools, creation of wiring schematics and selection of connectors, fuses, switches, sensors, cables, relays, protection tubes and motors .
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute & Lead technical responsibility on large scale projects, Interact with customers, mentor junior engineers and create standard works.
