Job Description

  • New Component Concept & design for BEC (Bussed Electrical Center)/Fuse or Relay Box/Protector/Channel/ Trough etc.
  • Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project
  • Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to plan the mechanical design projects
  • Participate in Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development.
  • Make Presentations for various requirements.
  • Design and Development of plastic, Die cast, sheet metal and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support.
  • Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing.
  • Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis
  • Mechanical Design Calculations.
  • Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension
  • Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis
  • Undertake continuous training and development
