Eligibility Criteria

  • Up to 4 years of experience in IT system services, focusing on O365 administration or Microsoft platform IT Operation support.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other services
  • Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Office 365
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 service issues and work with Microsoft support needed to resolve issues
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Job Description

  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring proper access control and permissions.
  • Monitor and manage user access to systems and applications.
  • Ensuring and adhering to the process of User onboarding and offboarding IT process.
