  • The role is primarily operational so needs to be organised, fast-paced and driven.

Job Description

  • Develop error-free best-in-class master catalogue, branched out brand catalogues 
  • Liaise with Brands in fetching their catalogues and simplify them to fit into eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Develop the product catalogue (products, images, departments, categories, quantities, etc.) with best-in-class content fetching techniques. 
  • Act as the SPOC for all data, catalogue, and operations requirements.
  • Maintain various productivity trackers with the aim of improving the efficiency of the Agency. 
  • Publish metrics on Productivity, Quality, and Lead time on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. 
  • Build effective customer insights and sales reports and contribute to the recommendation systems.
