Excel - High ( Should be comfortable with managing large volumes of data).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role is primarily operational so needs to be organised, fast-paced and driven.

Develop error-free best-in-class master catalogue, branched out brand catalogues
Liaise with Brands in fetching their catalogues and simplify them to fit into eCommerce ecosystem.
Develop the product catalogue (products, images, departments, categories, quantities, etc.) with best-in-class content fetching techniques.
Act as the SPOC for all data, catalogue, and operations requirements.
Maintain various productivity trackers with the aim of improving the efficiency of the Agency.
Publish metrics on Productivity, Quality, and Lead time on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Build effective customer insights and sales reports and contribute to the recommendation systems.
