Solid skills and background in Linux : RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
Expert in Bash and/or Python scripting
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

Assures improvement in the quality of utilities for collecting system logs and other debug information used by our internal support teams.
Use your Linux knowledge and skills to design and carry out tests.
Identify issues that might affect performance, stability, and interoperability.
Work with developers to investigate issues
Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
Design, develop and maintain automated test suites
Prototype and present your ideas; communicate with other team members
Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
Test software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations.
