Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Design
  • Proficient to Expert with English language
  • Beginner to Intermediatory knowledge on one or more design tools like Adobe XD, Axure, Figma
  • Collaborate with-in Design & Research teams to understand the requirements as well as customer experience improvements needed
  • Familiarity with collaboration Software programs – Miro, Jira etc…
  • Good to have Understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking

Job Description

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and propose solutions.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
