Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in network operations, network engineering, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.
Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, Perl, Bash, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Monitoring the company's Network/Data Center infrastructure using various network/Data Center monitoring tools like ELK (Elastic Search) and Solar wind.
Identifying and resolving network issues and incidents.
Analyzing monitoring data and alerts to identify trends and patterns and proactively address any issues before they become critical problems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Documenting incidents and resolutions in a ticketing
system.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and best practices.
Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network monitoring support.
Assisting with the development and maintenance of monitoring procedures, protocols, and standards.
Participating in the testing and implementation of network infrastructure changes
