Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in applicable area such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Work experience: Fresher or Experienced
  • Skills: Java regular expressions
  • Good know-how regarding Microsoft Windows, usage of common office PC applications and commonly used internet browsers
  • Knowledge of XML, HTML
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read and understand an invoice
  • Ability to work with multiple applications and platforms
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools
  • Ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation.
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
  • Good cooperation with other teams and departments.
  • Good communication skills

Job Description

  • Implement new suppliers in production environment for some specific Basware services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot customer data in production environment
  • Analyze problems in the transaction flow and decide the needed actions
  • Ensure high quality for all solutions provided and all changes done in production environment
  • Ensure to execute the tasks and deliver results, according with the customer SLAs
  • Handle technical problem tickets assigned by Support team
  • Provide input for automation and quality improvement
  • Co-operate with other units and countries.
