Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Basic understanding of database concepts and data structures.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like Jira.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with collation between onshore and offshore.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborate with the QA engineering to create and review test plans and test cases for software applications or systems.
Execute test cases, record, and analyze results, and report defects or issues using bug tracking tools. Conduct manual testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of testing activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation.
Identify, track, and manage defects found during testing. Collaborate with the QA engineering and development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and retest fixed defects to ensure successful resolution.
Perform regression testing to verify that software changes and updates have not introduced new defects or impacted existing functionality.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
