Eligibility Criteria

  • NetApp Storage Monitoring and Management
  • Storage Monitoring & Tools Experience(Unified Manager)
  • Protocal Management CIFS, NFS, SAN, ISCSI
  • Testing/Validating Storge/Backup systems
  • Knowledge in Windows/Linux Operating system
  • Knowledge in ITIL Processes
  • Knowledge in Data backup and restore using Commvault
  • Knowledge in Cloud platform(MS Azure)

Job Description

  • Implement and Manage Storage solution in On-premisis & Cloud.
  • Support existing systems and application performance
  • Make recommendations on improving system performance and reliability
  • Ensure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and supportability
  • Oversee information systems security safeguards
  • Continually learn, discover, evolve, and mentor
  • Build Technical Documents relation to operations
  • Proactively take actions to improve the service quality
  • Ensure timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job or update the knowledge base
  • Be a good team player and handle pressures of operations job
