Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Having strong experience in Welding related to Manufacturing
Demonstrated leadership capability within a matrix organization
Have significant experience in Leadership roles
Have compelling oral, written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success working with Global teams
Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Have strong influencing skills.

Overseeing the overall implementation of productivity, capacity and capability improvement projects within the manufacturing Valves plants globally, especially for Masoneilan product line.
People Leadership - Lead and Develop other Manufacturing Engineers located at the different global sites
Driving key Supply Chain initiatives and business objectives around HSE, On-Time Delivery, overdue backlog reduction, Material availability, Inventory and overall cash and cost optimization, logistics, manufacturing cost, lead time reduction, labor, and machine utilization
Supporting overall make and buy strategies within the Valves sites
Leading manufacturing lead time reduction initiatives by leveraging LPID, make/buy and configuration management efforts
Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the Supply Chain team
