Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Plastic/Materials or equivalent)
  • Total experience of 12-15 years in the relevant areas with a minimum 5 or more years’ experience in medium/high volume manufacturing in highly regulated areas such as Aerospace and food compliance.
  • Significant experience in Mechanical and Plastics/Materials Engineering.
  • Experience in plastic injection mold tool making and polymer parts design for quality molding with strong functional knowledge of manufacturing and commodities.

Job Description

  • Lead new molding component and development projects from the concept stage into production by functioning both as the technical lead and project manager.
  • Achievement of an effective Mold program by developing activities with the vendors i.e. planned maintenance, repairs, validations, transfer protocol, and process improvements.
  • Prepare annual automation and tool maintenance, refurbishment, and replacement budgets for each of the global Pall plants.
  • Set up, manage, and monitor tool care protocol to ensure tools remain in good working order to maximize their operational life and produce quality parts.
  • Support all manufacturing plants globally with new production-ready molds. Procuring and technically verifying all projects.
