  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer or technology
  • Additional minimum 1-2 years of related experience within a corporate IT department or technical support.

Job Description

  • Provide support for common and uncommon Web-Based Platforms
  • Assist in basic user how-to training regarding common review platforms
  • Provide in-bound telephone, email, IM client support in a call center/general office environment and troubleshoot the nature of the call.
  • Gather requirements, provide troubleshooting, technical support and service support.
  • Utilize the incident management process to acknowledge, route, escalate, and report on incidents that impact mission critical systems (Including issue resolution, documentation and communication)
  • Collaborate with client support team and other functions to provide issue status
  • Develop product knowledge and experience to maintain and contribute to knowledge base material working with Client Support Lead to document, troubleshoot, and escalate problems
  • Ability to learn and support internal custom applications.
