Job Description

  • Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone.
  • Explain the features of the products and services to customers.
  • Converting the Purchases to EMI's
  • Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.
  • Excellent Communication in English and Hindi
  • Remuneration- 25K CTC per Month Approx+ Benefits
  • Graduation mandatory
