Job Description

  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • End User Device Management
  • 1st line support experience
  • Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online
  • Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential Technical Experience.
  • Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional
