A competent Thermal Engineering professional with over 18+ years of experience in Mechanical & thermal design of High-density Electronics systems with success in the complete product life cycle from conceptual design to product delivery.
Proficient with CFD and FEA tools for detailed system level analysis (Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer Fundamentals).
Experience in thermal and mechanical design for Hyper scale computing and storage.
Expertise in Immersion cooling for high dense servers and modules.
Heatsink design for forced convection.
Mechanical fixture design for shock & vibration.
Expertise in Pre & post silicon thermal validation.
Hands on experience for acoustics, air flow, TMTV, heat sink qualification test (Validation).
Prefer someone with proficient or has working knowledge with design and simulation tools like SolidWorks, FloTherm, and IcePak.

Develop heatsink and enclosure for the memory storage system.
Collaborate with Development Engineer, Product Engineer and DFM team in making sure the product adheres to design and regulatory requirements
Research, analysis and integration of new components into existing and new designs
Support internal/external customers as required
Participate in internal technical, DFM/DFA, Continuous Improvement, Industry standard and other meetings as necessary
