Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or Completed BA/BS degree from accredited college or university.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Knowledge of standard proof-reading practices, procedures and concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, works with high level of autonomy.
  • Career Interests in Project Management and/or Program Management.
  • willingness to work in shift: 4:00PM to 12:00AM IST

Job Description

  • Identifies and reviews the documentation to be updated.
  • Hosts calls with experts to update documentation, delete obsolete documentation, and create/review process flow chart.
  • Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents for grammatical, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors. Includes appropriate screen shots/diagrams to provide process clarity.
  • Ensures content clarity by suggesting improvements in sentence structure, word choice and overall flow of content.
  • Organizes, tracks and manages versions of proofread materials, ensuring the latest versions are included in the overall process.
