Eligibility Criteria

  • Having a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; graduated in 2023 or after
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in SQL, Python or any other scripting language.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good to have familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Good to have previous experience in technical support or customer service.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Support team to identify opportunities for automation in support workflows.
  • Design and develop tools/scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the Support team to curate content in support tickets, ensuring accurate and relevant information is captured for LLMs.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving support processes and customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
