Eligibility Criteria

  • Carrying out the research & development and support related activities in Solvent based decorative Enamel.
  • Supporting the team in meeting projects objectives and timelines, complying to safety & 5 S requirement of the organisation
  • To work on development / modification of formulations meeting the project objective.

Job Description

  • Designing the shade formulation and matching the shade as per the project requirement.
  • Designing the product specification for implementation on plant.
  • Carrying out the details testing as per the protocol and generating the data for long term performance as well.
  • Supporting plant for the standardisation of formulation.
  • Supporting customer centricity team in addressing the customer complaints.
