Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Must possess at least 3 years of experience working with CNC milling and turning suppliers in India (or China/Vietnam).
Thoroughly Proficient with GD&T.
At least 3 years of experience with CAD modeling software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion360.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (4 years).
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems or willing to learn.
Demonstrated willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Closely work with our global network of manufacturing partners in the US, China and India to convert incoming RFQs to final product delivery, managing production of parts and quality control.
Ensure seamless end-to-end process, from initial order to final customer delivery.
Analyze and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with industry standards, with a strong emphasis on GD&T principles.
Conduct DFM analysis for various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, Sheet Metal and Injection Molding, focusing on optimizing design for manufacturability.
Provide expert advice on material selection, manufacturing methods, and cost-effective production techniques, especially in CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
