Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience working with CNC milling and turning suppliers in India (or China/Vietnam).
  • Thoroughly Proficient with GD&T.
  • At least 3 years of experience with CAD modeling software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion360.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (4 years).
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems or willing to learn.
  • Demonstrated willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Description

  • Closely work with our global network of manufacturing partners in the US, China and India to convert incoming RFQs to final product delivery, managing production of parts and quality control.
  • Ensure seamless end-to-end process, from initial order to final customer delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with industry standards, with a strong emphasis on GD&T principles.
  • Conduct DFM analysis for various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, 3D printing, Sheet Metal and Injection Molding, focusing on optimizing design for manufacturability.
  • Provide expert advice on material selection, manufacturing methods, and cost-effective production techniques, especially in CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
