Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international customer service process is required.
  • Graduation degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns and complaints.Ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and systems quickly.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Voice Profile.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of providing exceptional service in an international process.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience in customer service and possess a graduation degree.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.Assist customers with product or service-related questions, account inquiries, and technical support.Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
