Percolate safety awareness in the plant by interaction.
Perform, Supervise, Execute and make Availability of mechanical equipment, packages to achieve budgeted production plan
To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.

Perform Preventive and breakdown maintenance as per plan and requirements.
To execute all production specific job requirement e.g. line/strainer opening, cleaning, decoking,
Involve in breakdown/why-why analysis and Root Cause Analysis to find root cause of breakdown and attend the same for removing future possibilities of same. To maintain critical and consumable spares.
To procure material with test certificates and checking of same before material approval and usage.
To carry out maintenance or modification work in first time right concept to avoid rework and poor quality.
Ensure job completion, closing of permit and housekeeping for execution of each job and work permit.
Implementation of digitization as much as possible for data integrity.
To minimize the waste generation.
Develop process in accordance to safety and Health compliance.
