Eligibility Criteria

  • Percolate safety awareness in the plant by interaction.
  • Perform, Supervise, Execute and make Availability of mechanical equipment, packages to achieve budgeted production plan 
  • To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.

Job Description

  • Perform Preventive and breakdown maintenance as per plan and requirements.
  • To execute all production specific job requirement e.g. line/strainer opening, cleaning, decoking, 
  • Involve in breakdown/why-why analysis and Root Cause Analysis to find root cause of breakdown and attend the same for removing future possibilities of same. To maintain critical and consumable spares.
  • To procure material with test certificates and checking of same before material approval and usage.
  • To carry out maintenance or modification work in first time right concept to avoid rework and poor quality.
  • Ensure job completion, closing of permit and housekeeping for execution of each job and work permit.
  • Implementation of digitization as much as possible for data integrity.
  • To minimize the waste generation.
  • Develop process in accordance to safety and Health compliance.
