Job Description

  • Make Outbound call to customers to revive the Insurance policy by convincing the customer to pay the outstanding premium
  • Should maintain a Professional behavior with the customer throughout the Revival calling process.
  • Give complete and correct information on all the product purchased by the customer if asked by the customer
  • Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
  • Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and Quality.
  • Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including success receipt of customer premium payment
  • Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
