Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (B.Tech/B.E preferred)
  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Preventative Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Specialization in Stringer (ATW) or Laser Cutting Machines within a module manufacturing environment

Job Description

  • The Maintenace Engineer is responsible for guiding and monitoring Supervisors during breakdown / Preventive / Predictive/ Shut down maintenance.
  • Maintaining daily / Weekly / Monthly SAP report and perform Data analysis for improvement & Presentation.
  • Tracking uses of Spare parts and also Co-ordination with Procurement for purchase of spare parts.
  • Maintaining safety guidelines.
  • Monitoring Team performance and arranging training for performance improvement.
  • Responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do / targets.
  • Responsible for process improvement / Cost reduction projects.
