Eligibility Criteria

  • Work from Monday through Saturday
  • 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
  • Must have a good working environment at home with a dedicated private area to work and a Table/Chair
  • Must have a computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity
  • Any graduate or postgraduate

Job Description

  • Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
  • Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls and verifies information.
  • Basis the collected/verified information; update the client's profile to meet the desired profile score.
  • Educate clients about the benefits to his business; answer questions; Clearing doubts.
  • Dispose of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
  • Keep the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
  • Follow up with the sellers based on the request made by them over the calls.
  • Achieve the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
  • Work for 3-4 hours a day to achieve the target number of Daily connect/content collection
