Job Description :

Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls and verifies information.
Basis the collected/verified information; update the client's profile to meet the desired profile score.
Educate clients about the benefits to his business; answer questions; Clearing doubts.
Dispose of the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
Keep the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
Follow up with the sellers based on the request made by them over the calls.
Achieve the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
Work for 3-4 hours a day to achieve the target number of Daily connect/content collection

Eligibility :

Work from Monday through Saturday
9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
Must have a good working environment at home with a dedicated private area to work and a Table/Chair
Must have a computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity
Any graduate or postgraduate
