Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience in Java Scripting, SQL or in any other programming languages
  • Recommended to have ServiceNow scripting knowledge
  • Ability to analyse and resolve system problems
  • Willingness to learn and grow skills
  • Interact and communicate effectively with team members
  • Should have good skills in data reconciliation & root cause analysis
  • Be able to work across squads and work based on the sprint goal

Job Description

  • Asset and Configuration Management: ensuring our assets and the configuration of IT services are well managed (including definitions, health indicators, ensuring compliance of associated process)
  • Software Licence Management: Manage software vendors, contracts and associated obligations.
  • CMDB – Maintenance and performance of the Enterprise CMDB including discovery and accuracy. Uplift, govern and execute on the organizational capability of Certificate management
