Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Full-time)
  • Familiarity with ASME process piping codes B31.1 & B31.3 & similar required.
  • Experience with Caesar II stress analysis software is required.
  • Lead a small size team across various office globally.
  • Experience of managing remote teams.
  • Must have good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Should be ready to work for a couple of hours in the evening to coordinate with international teams.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of piping codes including ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 and seismic impact is required
  • Be the main contact for thermal stress analysis requests from the United States engineering teams.
  • Coordinate completion of the stress analysis utilizing Caesar II with the Mumbai based team.
  • Communicate regularly with the Unites States engineering team to resolve piping system design / stress issues.
  • Mentor / train the Mumbai stress analysis team.
  • Lead a small team located in Mumbai and coordinating with the United States teams
  • Responsible for quality, budget, and schedule adherence
