Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master degree in Mechanical Design or CAD/CAM will be prefeared.
High proficiency in Solidworks, Creo, Autocad and ANSYS (Optional).
2+ years of experience in Mechanical Automation and New product devlopment.
Strong understanding of Machine design, Product development, Design practice.
Knowledge of Automation systems, mechatronics components.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & effective communication and collaboration ability.

Understand the project requirement and execute with the highest level of quality. Brainstorm the ideas and develop feasible concepts to achieve functionality.
Finalize the concept for design,make necessary design calculations and develop design of parts, mechanism and machine in Solidworks.
Perform Finite Element Analysis of machine and critical components using ANSYS workbench for Static and Dynamic load and Model analysis of mechanism & machine if necessary.
Coordinate with the electronic design team for selected electric motor, actuators, sensor, wire routing, connectors and other components used in the machine to achieve the functionality. And finalize the design from an electronics point of view.
Reviewed the design with the design team and management team and incorporated design suggestions by them.
Understand the GD&T and apply for machining drawing for CNC job and make development drawing of sheet metal parts ,Bill of material & release the design for manufacturing.
Provide necessary files for Injection molding parts and coordinate with the vendor for optimization and DFM.
Coordinate with the assembly and wiring team and supervise the assembly of the machine, fine tune the mechanism, alignment of the mechanism, and set the range and values of the sensors to achieve functionality.
