Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in executing component testing. 
  • Prior experience in handling and driving product qualification activities.
  • Experience with Solid Works in drafting, modelling, fixture design, detailing practices.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding, sheet metal stamping, casting etc.
  • Ability to manufacture fixtures for testing using the machine shop.
  • Experience in developing component test specifications.
  • Positive attitude and be a team player.

Job Description

  • Complete product testing and qualification as per test requirements.
  • Setup the test rig along with fixtures for component qualification.
  • Analyze the test results using the relevant test software.
  • Create and publish the test reports.
  • Designing the test fixtures.
  • Modelling the tracker parts and creating component & assembly drawings.
  • Support engineering teams with fixture design and development.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams (product engineering and NPI teams).
  • Engage with suppliers in fixture development.
