Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
1+ years of relevant work experience in data architecture, warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science or related field

Lead and collaborate with management to grow analytics capacity in alignment with the Director’s vision
Drive architecture decisions for the business data model to feed reporting, analytics, KPIs and data mining (SQL stack)
Train business analysts in ETL methods for improved performance and data delivery efficiency
Leverage diverse software tools for the efficient, timely delivery of and reports for external and internal customers (i.e., SQL, Power Query, Excel, Tableau, R, Python, etc.)
Identify and validate third party sources for architecture inclusion to fill gaps in business insights
Provide technical recommendations for reporting infrastructure project costing
Design, maintain and deploy data sources for operational and strategic dashboards
Effectively gather report requirements using leading edge business analysis practices
Serving as a subject matter expert for impact to data integrity and reporting through participation in department or company-wide forums
Thoughtfully approaching the fulfillment of internal and external customer requests
Modeling accountability for promised deliverables, project progress, successes and failures
Appropriate escalation of workflow concerns from staff
