  • Responsible for SLA governance and delivery as per contractual requirement
  • Effective manpower planning and optimum resource utilization
  • Coordinate, manage and facilitate a synchronized working between Operations and Support teams
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
  • Monitor adherence and compliance to policies and procedures
  • Sharing business insights & strategy and participate in periodic business reviews (Quarterly/Half yearly) People Management – Managing people development and their performance with the goal of optimizing efficient use of talent
