Eligibility Criteria

  • Exposure to testing and programming equipment like UTM
  • Understanding of design considerations (injection molding and extrusion)
  • Knowledge on Catheter design
  • Good experience in Windchill
  • Good knowledge in Tolerance stacks up analysis and GD&T
  • Working understanding of CAD software like SolidWorks, CATIA etc
  • Project management with proficiency in MS projects or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of ANSYS or any other analysis software tool.
  • Strong understanding of medical device standards, guidelines and regulations per ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and Design controls (21 CFR Part 820).
  • Able to effectively work with cross functional teams in a multinational matrix organization.

Job Description

  • Mechanical R & D engineer with 8 years of good experience in new product development projects.
  • Good exposure to Single-Use Device New Product Development Cycle in Mechanical design from concept to commercialization
  • Hands-on experience in test method development is must.
  • Good in Statistics analysis and Minitab.
  • Understanding of Mechanical engineering concepts/ Engineering first principle
  • Knowledge of material sciences and processing – Metals, Polymers, Plastics. The candidate should be able to apply knowledge of materials and processes to design.
  • Setting technical specifications & Design requirements
