  • Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics with 3-5 Yrs. experience in Automotive, Bearing, Engineering Sector

Job Description

  • Hands on experience in In process Gauge repairing and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Overhauling of Gearbox, chain drive, AC motors, High speed spindle motors.
  • Repairing of Hydraulic valves, piston valves, pneumatic cylinders.
  • Alignment motor gear box assy, leveling of machines.
  • Knowledge to operate vibration analyzer.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting of grinding machines with axis control.
  • Knowledge of dresser unit repairing of grinding machine.
  • Identification and monitoring stock of spares for shift handling.
  • Spares and manpower planning for scheduled maintenance.
  • Knowledge to study machine working sequence / Cycle diagram for Equipment’s.
  • Core Knowledge on Hydraulics, Pneumatics circuits.
