Have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Have minimum 4 to 7 years of industrial experience in mechanical equipment design and application
Able to demonstrate good computer skills and be familiar with cad modelling, FEA, programming.
Understand material mechanisms such as static, fatigue, fracture, and creep behavior and implement relative FEA.
Able to work in experienced people team giving an active contribution to the design and decision-making process.
Have an open approach to problem solving and expanding the current theory to fill the gaps.

Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
Will work include mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products
Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
