Experience in Blue Prism /UiPath automation with relevant functional understanding required (0-2 Yrs)
Knowledge and experience in insurance domain desired
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS) or any relevant stream
Strong Analytical bias, with the ability to pick up new skills relatively quickly
Experience in other automaton tools like UiPath, Krayon, or any other relevant technology is an added advantage
Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organisation
Awareness or exposure to developing macros, formulae or any other coding activities would be beneficial
Good Team Player

Working alongside process controllers, developers, Business Analysts and providing support to the control & monitoring of live processes
Monitoring and reporting terminations- Various Automation tool(BluePrism & UiPath)
Problem solving and issues that arise from processes and support existing processes ,implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process in a timely manner
Creates and documents procedures, scenarios and learnings of monitoring and controlling processes released into production
Upskill self by utilising trainings to further advance learning on process controller and developer activities to ensure career progression
Ensure that the technology is fully utilised through release management and capacity planning in order for the systems to operate at full potential
