Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification – Bachelors of Engineering – Mechanical or production engineering
Professional Experience- 5 to7 years, Preferred experience in Valve industries or Casting and machining industries.
Hand on experience in Operating the CMM (about 3 years) is desirable. In depth knowledge of GD&T, can understand drawing related with parts of mechanical.
Preferred the specialized and experienced dimension controlling in the machined industry.
Communicate proficiently verbally and written in English. Can work with cross functional team environment.
Preferable Certified internal Auditor– ISO 9001:2015

Position- Global Supplier Quality engineer
Job summary- This position is an individual contributor role. This position conducts supplier quality related activities including support to new product introduction with exiting and new supplier. Performing supplier qualification and re-qualification audits, supplier process development and audit, product audit. Drive supplier and product quality improvement. The role will work harmoniously together with Global cross function team mainly engineering and sourcing etc.
Conduct the supplier site inspection, identify the Non conformities and plan the corrective action/Root cause analysis (RCA)with supplier on repetitive NC’s Training to suppliers on Global quality procedures and harmonisation of Global procedures. Assign the Inspection plan to item/ PO line based on Claims data, past Supplier performance and Rejection trends. Monitor and Review Sample Evaluations (SEVAL)/Pilot lot inspection, Plant Feedbacks, and supplier Corrective actions. Root cause Analysis on Claims/failed parts and monitor the supplier corrective actions/RCA. Drive and facilitates the continuous improvement efforts at supplier to better control of Nonconforming products Support the supplier related corrective actions (CAR) ,verification and monitor effectiveness of actions, New supplier or part development.
