Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline and 2+ years of software development engineering experience
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, operating systems, etc.
  • Understanding of at least one backend language in depth e.g. Node JS, Java, Python
  • Experience with various database technologies, covering SQL and NoSQL, such as relational databases and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including unit testing, design patterns, building maintainable code, and optimizing performance.

Job Description

  • Design software components, break down projects, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Write modular, readable, and performant code. Take ownership of deliverables and ensure code quality and documentation.
  • Choose appropriate tech tools, and tech stacks and participate in high-level design discussions.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, working closely with stakeholders.
