Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
Data Analysis: Work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and logical reasoning.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
SQL: Intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis via Snowflake.
CRM and Data Management: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and interact with various levels of the organization.

Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to deliver detailed data models and custom performance analysis to senior stakeholders (VPs and SVPs).
Data Proficiency: Understand and manipulate the underlying data architecture supporting Customer Success, and use SQL to report on business performance.
Presentation Skills: Package findings into presentation-ready content using data visualization tools like Tableau for Salesforce executives.
Business Strategy: Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business to influence Success strategy.
Optimization: Identify and optimize key drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics through technical analysis.
