Bachelor’s degree in Electrical /Electronics/Instrumentation/Controls Engineering / Science or in STEM from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 4 years of experience with developing software & controls with high-level software languages, Project Execution.

Execute controls deliverables including controls software, software validation, commissioning support for Solar, Battery energy storage system (BESS) & Hybrid Plant Control System
Support on-site startup and integration of various systems to our hardware software.
Track overall status of controls deliverables for the assigned projects to meet goals of the control team.
Work closely with Project Manager and customers to drive requirements and customer satisfaction.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers with confidence and clarity.
Develop, improve, and administer customer overview and operational training material for the control system.
Work across the Hybrid engineering and services organizations to prepare documentation for installation, commissioning, and operations for use by internal GEV employees and our customers.
Ability to work as a team to design, develop and deploy the control hardware configuration for each project and design the communication network, including but not limited to DI/DO, Ethernet, FO etc.
Support problem identification and resolution of new and installed products.
