Job Description
- Manage multiple daily office requests at all levels in the team as well as reception of customers and visitors as needed
- Support the distribution of both incoming and outgoing postal and email enquiries
- Facilitate the travel, logistical and hotel requirements for both internal and external travelers of the office
- Local travel if and when required for on-ground operations
- Support administrative and scheduling duties for country-wide training functions
- Manage or participate in the management of the vendor relationships for the majority of suppliers of theoffice
