  • Bachelors in electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field. (Completed and has marksheet)
  • Effective communication skills for clear understanding of the project design and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the operation and general maintenance and/ or cleaning of the machinery/ies assigned.
  • Responsible for preparing relevant documents as part of Shift-wise Production activities.
  • Participate in safety and quality initiatives in the pilot production facility.
  • Participate and document forms and other relevant documents for auditing activities being conducted in the Pilot facility.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Zone supervisor for facilitating the Production activities.
  • Responsible for notifying machine breakdown or process issue to Supervisor and PME executive.
  • Coordinate with Plant & Maintenance team for improving machine uptime.
  • Ensure reduction in machine breakdown.
  • Improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) of the assigned machine.
  • Standardization and improvements in procedures followed (SOP’s).
  • Data collection and document maintenance (daily Production documents, and all other Production audit documents)
