B.E/B.Tech or ME/M.tech in Mechanical / Aerospace and related engineering areas
Master's degree - 0 to 3 years or Bachelor's degree - 3 to 5 years experience in product design & development in Aerospace industry
Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) GB certification is necessary for internal candidates.
Experience in handling Design for Manufacturing, DFMEA & DVPR

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop Aerospace MSD (Mission System Division) Products to meet product requirements including safety, reliability, and conformance to standards
The candidate in this position is responsible for the successful execution of a wide range of Aerospace Mission Systems related projects, including New Product Introduction, VAVE, B&P, and Sustaining Engineering, while driving continuous improvement to meet project KPIs (Focus 5, NPI Efficacy), and ensure stakeholder and customer satisfaction
Should have experience in Sustaining engineering, New Product Development (NPD) & Internal Research & Development (IRAD) programs preferably in the Aerospace industry
Should have proficiency in mechanical and pneumatic design & drafting (CAD tools), GD&T & statistical tolerancing
Candidate should have experience and know-how in developing business proposals handling RFI/RFP/RFQ process by providing engineering inputs to customer inquiries, creating solutions and estimating materials, testing costs, and Engineering NRE for Aerospace products/program
