Eligibility Criteria

  • Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation 
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills 
  • Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines 
  • Should be open to work 24/7 
  • Should have at least basic knowledge of ITIL process and ITSM tools. 
  • Should have basic knowledge of Windows/Unix Server OS and its roles and features. 
  • Candidate should have undergone training/certification of MCSA/MCSE/RHCE/CCNA  Professional certifications like MCSE, MCSA, RHCE would be a plus point. 
  • Experience of Service Now would be a plus point.

Job Description

  • Responsible for acknowledging the incidents and perform initial triage. 
  • Should be working as per the defined SLA. 
  • Perform troubleshooting steps as per SOP. 
  • Responsible for escalating the assigned incidents as per the defined process. 
  • Should be proactively monitoring the Ticketing Queue for multiple clients.
